Some useful knitting websites

Here are some knitting websites that I find most useful.

http://www.knittinghelp.com/
Good instructions for everything from basic stitches to fixing mistakes. The site has videos and sound so you can actually see and hear what the instructor is doing.

http://www.yarnstandards.com/
Useful facts about different yarns and needles

http://www.yarndex.com/
Find yardage and other information about any yarn.

www.breienmetplezier.nl/index2.htm
Lots of graphs for knitting pictures into sweaters – from Elmo to butterflies

http://www.knittingfool.com/
Put in the finished size of your sweater, needle size, gauge, etc. and it will calculate a pattern for you to follow.
